These Terms govern purchases and use of tervixmna.shop, operated by Darkpulse, Inc. under the store name tervixmna.

Read these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate information and protect any account credentials.

Fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, malware distribution, and unauthorized access are prohibited.

Products and order acceptance

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate descriptions, prices, and availability. Screen differences do not excuse goods that materially fail to match their description.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated receipt acknowledges submission but is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch unless we expressly accept earlier.

If a stock issue or material listing error affects your order, we will contact you with appropriate options. A higher price or materially different substitute requires your agreement. If fulfillment is impossible, we will refund the affected payment promptly.

Prices and charges

The currency and total payable are displayed before payment.

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts exceeds US$30. For US$30 or less, the shipping charge is disclosed at checkout. Equivalent thresholds in other currencies are shown before purchase.

Applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties, and necessary customs charges are included in the disclosed price or paid by us. Customers do not bear these charges beyond the checkout total. Contact us regarding unexpected carrier requests so we can arrange payment or reimbursement.

Fulfillment and delivery

Orders normally require 2–3 business days for processing after payment confirmation. Estimated transit is 20–45 calendar days after dispatch, additional to processing.

Delivery arrangements are disclosed before purchase. Agreement to an extended delivery period is obtained where legally required.

If we cannot meet a promised shipment date, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer cancellation and a prompt refund as applicable. Consent to continued delays will be obtained where required.

Returns and remedies

Our voluntary offer allows free returns requested within 30 days after delivery. Refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days after issuance, subject to payment-provider processing and mandatory deadlines.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights relating to cancellation, product quality, misdescription, or delivery.

Content and third-party services

Website materials may be used for lawful personal shopping. Other reproduction or commercial use requires permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party services may maintain separate terms. Their involvement does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

Liability and applicable law

Any limitation of liability applies only where legally permitted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Arizona law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections under the law of your usual residence. Rights to bring proceedings before courts available under applicable consumer law are preserved.

Changes and complaints

Updates apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted purchase contract unless legally permitted or agreed with you.
