At tervixmna.shop, we offer free returns requested within 30 days after delivery, including when you change your mind.

Arrange a return

Email noburcharrits@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the products you wish to return. A reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.

We will provide the appropriate return destination and a prepaid shipping label or another return arrangement at our expense. Under our voluntary return offer, please dispatch your return within 14 days after receiving these instructions and retain proof of shipment.

Contact us before sending goods so they reach the correct facility. Our correspondence address is not automatically a return warehouse. Statutory cancellation rights do not require our approval.

Product condition

Please include supplied accessories and package the goods securely. Original packaging is appreciated where reasonably available.

You may unpack and reasonably inspect your purchase. Missing original packaging alone does not remove statutory rights. Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary offer, subject to applicable law.

Return charges and refund amounts

We pay return shipping and charge no restocking or return handling fees.

For a complete order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods and standard outbound delivery. For a partial return, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable by law.

We do not retrospectively charge shipping because a partial return reduces the retained merchandise below our free-shipping threshold.

Items with a problem

Contact us if goods arrive faulty, damaged, incomplete, or different from your order. Describe the issue and include photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary shipping costs. The 30-day voluntary return period does not shorten mandatory product remedies.

Refund processing

We assess returns and issue applicable refunds promptly after receiving the goods or return evidence, as required by law. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Once issued, a refund is generally expected to appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory deadlines take priority. Contact us if the refund has not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellations and exchanges

To cancel before dispatch, email us immediately. If shipment has already occurred, available return and statutory cancellation rights remain applicable.

Exchanges depend on availability. We can help arrange a return and a separate purchase where appropriate.

UK cancellation rights

For most online goods purchases, UK customers may cancel without a reason within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within another 14 days.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may wait for the goods or return evidence, whichever arrives first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard delivery is refundable; optional premium supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection. Return shipping remains free. Our 30-day offer supplements these rights. UK returns guidance
